  1. Fibro is a type of rheumatoid arthritis, I read. I can’t tell if it’s my tendons or my joints that are the problem. I also read that all of these conditions are autoimmune and food allergies are also common with autoimmune conditions. I’m reading a book called Childhood Disrupted: How your biography becomes your biology and how you can heal. It might not help in your case if it all goes back to a botched surgery, but I thought I’d mention it anyway. Has your doctor not sent you to a rheumatologist?
